Tradition, marshland and passion for oysters

At Acuicultura Levante y Agua, we farm oysters in a privileged environment: the Bay of Cádiz Natural Park. We restore the former salt marshes—unique ecosystems with centuries of history—to create a sustainable, artisanal aquaculture model.

Our crops are grown in high-quality water, using 100% natural feed, allowing us to offer a fresh, healthy, and exceptional product. We monitor every stage of the process with complete traceability, always guaranteeing the highest quality.


In addition to oysters, we farm other species such as prawns, shrimp, crabs, sea lettuce, and salicornia, which reinforces our commitment to biodiversity and the responsible use of the environment.


We distribute to wholesalers, the HORECA channel, and end customers, with direct and personalized service.

Our team is made up of professionals passionate about the sea, gastronomy, and respect for the environment. Every oyster we deliver embodies hard work, history, and a way of understanding the sea as a source of life.
